For all regularly priced items, you have 30 calendar days to return or exchange an item from your order date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that any shipping and handling fees (if applicable to your original order) are not refundable.

We will provide a return label for the item(s) being sent back. The cost of the return shipping label is $5.95. Please note that you are responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) – minus the cost of return shipping.
Please note refunds usually appear in 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Our policy lasts for 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed after you bought your item, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.
The item should not be in use and must be in the original packaging. It should also remain in the original packaging.
