How do I clean, care for and maintain artificial flowers, plants and trees?

To clean your new product(s), we recommend using a feather duster to remove dust.

Can they be put outdoors? Can we spray them with a UV Protectant to put them outdoors?

Our #1 priority is always to cultivate the best products for our customers. Because of this, if the title includes “Indoor/Outdoor” or “UV resistant,” you can use them outdoors. But please note that UV resistant offers a bit more protection against natural elements such as the sun – Eventually, how long your new product lasts depends on the environment; with various natural elements such as snow, hurricanes, deserts, and the sun, predicting is hard. Products in covered patios with limited sun exposure can last a longer time; while ones placed in hot climates left in full sun exposure all day will last for a comparatively shorter time. We does not offer UV resistant sprays, nor can we recommend the effective use of any available today.

When I receive my artificial plant, how do I make it look real straight out of the box?

The beauty of our products is that you can create the perfect fit for you. Have an apartment? Dorm? Or your first home? You are in control of your space. With our easy to bend branches, you can move, and shape as you want, safely. As some of our customers call this process “fluffing” the item, many see it as wellness. Many say this therapeutic routine brings them closer to nature. These fun DIY projects allow you to wear your “creative thinking hat” as our products arrive in plastic wrapping and need extra shaping love.

Here are some tips from our lead designers about how to fluff your tree:

1. Work from the bottom up and center out

2. Look at the picture as a reference point

3. Example – With a tree, start with the lowest branches and shape them as close to the trunk as possible.

Are artificial plants better than the real deal? Which is your most realistic looking plant/tree/floral arrangement?

This isn’t a battle between which one is better. There is no right answer. Some people have allergies, pets, and small kids that prevent them from having real trees. The best choice for you depends on your lifestyle, budget, and taste. One of the advantages of artificial plants, trees, and flowers is the ease of care. They don’t require maintenance, time, or commitment and look beautiful for years to come.
